Stress –free living is a goal (aim) not an achievement, since we are not in control of what takes place in our lives. The difference between you and others is how you handle stress because we all have endured some kind of adversity that has affected our performance in life. Take a look at the life of Job, in the Bible who lost everything. He taught us a lesson about “Adversity” and that is we can choose how we will respond and react to life. He held on to his faith in God, and never let go of the promises of God. He held on to his integrity when the enemy affected his health, his possession, and family, but in all this he did not curse God, and in the end his trial period he overcome although Satan tries everything in his power to get Job to give up on God.
Job responded to the 100% Authentic Power Equation and triumphs in the midst of his oppression and worship God through his tough times. In the tough times praised God, and in the good time praise him. I once read a quote “worrying is like a rocking chair; it gives you something to do, but does not go anywhere” which I believe to be true but the way our worries go away is by praying and praising God.
I can recall a day when I was worrying about something and the Lord showed me a vision of how people fall into depression, and it was a hole and I was digging it, and he said “when you start digging the enemy will come along, and help you dig it as big and wide, and once it gets it gets deeper; he throw people in it and this is how depression happens. Then been that I need a solution to this, I ask the Lord “How Do I Get Out? He said praise your way out!
Praise Your Way Out
There is power in your praise Job praised God although he did not understand what is happening to him. In your trials know that he has not forgotten about you. Praise your way out of the storm and know that God has given you the power and dominion step over and on the enemy attacks .
100% Authentic Power Equation:
I believe 99% of Life is based on reaction and respond and 1% of life is affected by the enemy, the minute we decide not to become a victim, but victors as believers we have now took the 1% from the enemy and add it to the 99%
